Why would that make for better sex?  After sexual experiences begin, particularly following childbirth, a woman’s pelvic floor, or PC muscles, begin to weaken.  Politely put, that can lead to a looser vagina, which can make sex less than perfect.While exercises can help bolster PC muscles, many women don’t bother to do them.  But if this study is any indication, giving your sex muscles a work-out could be as simple as strutting your stuff in stilettos!
