Sex really is an athletic event - and some people are better at it than others. If you want loud and enthusiastic "cheering" the next time YOU do it, then this video has the right training methods for you!
Sex really is an athletic event — and some people are better at it than others. Just like any other athletic event, getting good at sex requires a bit of preparation and training. Coach Kendra is going to show you a number of exercises you can do to become world-class at this event. Sex is always fun. But sex with someone who is really good at it can be amazing. Ready to be amazing? I’m going to show you the exercises that will get your body in shape for incredible sex. There are three things you’ll need to be great at this – power, agility, and endurance. Let’s start with power. Kegels are the best exercise to help you build sexual power, and they can be done by both men and women. The first step is to isolate the right muscle. The next time you are in the bathroom, try stopping and starting the flow of urine. The muscles you are contracting are the ones you need to focus on. For women, strengthening these muscles gives you the abilty to contract more tightly. For men, strengthening these muscles can give you increased stamina, allowing you to maintain your erection for a longer time before you have an orgasm. This gives you a greater ability to satisfy your lover as well as the capability to ejaculate more powerfully which means a more intense orgasm for you. As a side note it also enables you to shoot further, "if you have any use for that." To strengthen these muscles, simply tighten and relax them over and over, about 200 times a day. This exercise is known as the basic kegel. When this exercise starts to get easy, there are more difficult variations, like elevator kegels, where you tighten slowly, pausing and holding at intervals along the way, like an elevator stopping on several floors. As these muscles strengthen, you’ll gain endurance as well, much like a professional runner who can run faster on stronger legs. Men can actually train with an advanced form of kegel exercise and learn how to do something normally considered a uniquely female skill – have multiple orgasms. When a man can regularly lift up his testicles with a kegel, he can add resistance by draping a towel over the shaft of his erect penis and lifting slowly up and down. Eventually, this exercise may allow a man to orgasm without ejaculation and to reach multiple climaxes. Strong abdominal muscles build a powerful core—it’s your core muscles that allow for you to be a more precise and skillful lover. Building your stomach muscles helps you gain control over your movements, giving you great agility, but also to increase strength and endurance. Here are some ab exercises that will get your body in shape and give you great game in bed. There is one more exercise that can really help if you want to become an incredible lover. Sex is about more than just core strength – you don’t want the rest of your body letting you down at the wrong time. I’m going to show you a quick exercise to help build up the muscles you’ll use most when you are in traditional sexual positions. These exercises will help you get into the best sexual shape of your life. But remember, excellence isn’t just about training; it’s also about putting that training into action. So make sure you’re putting your new skills to good use. And remember, if you don’t see an immediate improvement, well, practice makes perfect…
