A study conducted by the Center for Sexual Health Promotion at Indiana University found that of about two thousand women aged 18-60 surveyed, 15 percent masturbated 1 to 3 times a week, while 52 percent DIDN’T pleasure themselves ONCE. As for daily masturbation, the women in this study just didn’t. The reasons women masturbate differ slightly from men. More than half of the women surveyed said they did it for an orgasm, while 34 percent relied on masturbation for relaxation and 22 percent to fall asleep.
