Is foreplay really important? …Is the moon round?  Sarcasm aside, foreplay is the cornerstone of a great sexual experience for both of you.  Without it, well…sex can suck!  Foreplay is particularly important for women, who need constant stimulation to reach full arousal—and to orgasm.
