It's called teasing, and you can do it! When pleasing her pre-sex, one thing is universal, and that's that foreplay begins in a woman's brain. So, compliment your partner, focusing on her sexy physical attributes, or the amazing way she makes you feel. Ever wish you could turn orgasm into more-gasm? Here's good news: Most women are built to cum again and again. So once you ride the first wave, you can catch another! With that in mind, women who experience multiple-orgasms do so in large part, because they know that they can. After all, if you tell yourself that one orgasm signals "end," your body will stop engaging at that point. A great way to prepare for multiple climaxes is to pump up your pubococcygeus, or PC, muscles! Find them by stopping your stream of urine when you go to the bathroom. Your PC muscles can be the key to multiple orgasms, since pulsing them during sex increases blood flow, allowing you to maintain arousal. Another secret? Aim to orgasm for the first time before he enters you. If you have one big-O early, you're likely to have another post-penetration. As you begin these exercises, focus on stimulating multiple body parts at a time. Studies show that's actually the quickest way to, well...double your pleasure!More »

Its probably not what youre thinking about when youre having sex, but your breathing can have a huge impact on what you get out of the experience. When youre having sex, its natural to focus on the person you are with and the sensations you are experiencing. What you may not realize is that while your attention is on these pleasurable pursuits, your breathing is what sets the tempo for the experience, and when you are in the bedroom, good rhythm is an awful lot better than bad rhythm. Think about your breath like the drummer in your own personal band: the drums percussive beat isnt always the sound in the forefront, but it sets the pace and ties the beat together by giving it a cadence. Breath works the same way during sex. No one is suggesting that you think about breathing during sex. But, a little bit of preparation can help you keep a better rhythm in bed, and maybe even play an extra set or two. There are some simple exercises you can than can do to enhance your breathing and improve your sex life. When you are doing these exercises, think about this: its not just that better breathing means a better sexual rhythm improved breathing also means better blood flow, which can give you a stronger erection or enhanced sensation in your clitoris. Both of which are rather desirable during sex. Now that Ive got your attention Im going to show you some breathing exercises you can do on your own. Deep abdominal breathing is the key to breathing for better sex. This is how you do it: There are also breathing exercises that you can do with your partner. Although these exercises provide the same benefits as the other exercises, they also can be intimate and intensify the impact of using breath to enhance your sex life. Breathing in tandem. Its okay if you arent convinced yet lots of people are skeptical at first. But heres the thing all of the skeptics are people who havent tried it. Give it a real effort for a couple of weeks and then well see if you are still a skeptic. See you later! Want to have even more Better Sex? Sex really is an athletic event - and some people are better at it than others. Just like any other athletic event, getting good at sex requires a bit of preparation and training. Coach Kendra is going to show you a number of exercises you can do to become world-class at this event. Sex is always fun. But sex with someone who is really good at it can be amazing. Ready to be amazing? I'm going to show you the exercises that will get your body in shape for incredible sex. There are three things you'll need to be great at this - power, agility, and endurance. Let's start with power. Kegels are the best exercise to help you build sexual power, and they can be done by both men and women. The first step is to isolate the right muscle. The next time you are in the bathroom, try stopping and starting the flow of urine. The muscles you are contracting are the ones you need to focus on. For women, strengthening these muscles gives you the abilty to contract more tightly. For men, strengthening these muscles can give you increased stamina, allowing you to maintain your erection for a longer time before you have an orgasm. This gives you a greater ability to satisfy your lover as well as the capability to ejaculate more powerfully which means a more intense orgasm for you. As a side note it also enables you to shoot further, "if you have any use for that." To strengthen these muscles, simply tighten and relax them over and over, about 200 times a day. This exercise is known as the basic kegel. When this exercise starts to get easy, there are more difficult variations, like elevator kegels, where you tighten slowly, pausing and holding at intervals along the way, like an elevator stopping on several floors. As these muscles strengthen, you'll gain endurance as well, much like a professional runner who can run faster on stronger legs. Men can actually train with an advanced form of kegel exercise and learn how to do something normally considered a uniquely female skill - have multiple orgasms. When a man can regularly lift up his testicles with a kegel, he can add resistance by draping a towel over the shaft of his erect penis and lifting slowly up and down. Eventually, this exercise may allow a man to orgasm without ejaculation and to reach multiple climaxes. Strong abdominal muscles build a powerful core-it's your core muscles that allow for you to be a more precise and skillful lover. Building your stomach muscles helps you gain control over your movements, giving you great agility, but also to increase strength and endurance. Here are some ab exercises that will get your body in shape and give you great game in bed. There is one more exercise that can really help if you want to become an incredible lover. Sex is about more than just core strength - you don't want the rest of your body letting you down at the wrong time. I'm going to show you a quick exercise to help build up the muscles you'll use most when you are in traditional sexual positions. These exercises will help you get into the best sexual shape of your life. But remember, excellence isn't just about training; it's also about putting that training into action. So make sure you're putting your new skills to good use. And remember, if you don't see an immediate improvement, well, practice makes perfect...More »

Transcript: Everybody enjoys having sex, but did you know that the secret to a more powerful orgasm is probably available...
Everybody enjoys having sex, but did you know that the secret to a more powerful orgasm is probably available in your local grocery store? When you drink caffeine, you feel energetic. Eat too much turkey, and it's probably nap time. A little bit of chocolate can lift your mood... Everybody knows that certain kinds of food can have an immediate, tangible effect on the body. Want to know which foods can have an immediate, tangible effect on your sex life? Well, do you? Certain foods really do have the ability to enhance your experience in bed. For example, some foods can dramatically improve circulation. Now, you're probably asking why you should care about circulation. I'll tell you why - better circulation means increased blood flow to your penis or clitoris, which greatly improves your ability to receive sexual stimulation. This means you get to have much more powerful orgasms. If you are looking for an immediate boost in circulation, try adding some spice to your love life. When you eat spicy food, there is a release of endorphins, which provides your body with a natural high that accompanies the rush of spice-heat. Your blood starts flowing more quickly, improving your circulation and intensifying your sexual sensations. Some spices to incorporate into your diet are chili pepper, jalapeo, red pepper, and ginger. If you are looking for a more sustained increase in circulation, try eating lots of foods that contain L-arginine, an often overlooked amino acid. Foods rich in L-arginine include granola, root vegetables, garlic, ginseng, walnuts, and soybeans. This isn't the only way that food can help your sex life. Cultures throughout the ages have used aphrodisiacs to increase their sex drive and sexual excitement. The ancient Romans were said to make use of such exotic aphrodisiacs as hippo snouts and hyena eyeballs, and the Chinese were known to prefer rhino horn, but I'm going to tell you about some aphrodisiacs that you can get a hold of more easily. There are probably a lot more aphrodisiacs than you realize. You've probably heard that oysters are an aphrodisiac, and that's true. While oysters have an effect on both men and women, oysters are notably high in zinc, which is needed for testosterone production, an important part of a man's ability to get and maintain a strong erection. Chocolate is another classic aphrodisiac. When consumed, dark chocolate releases two naturally-occurring mood lifters. Our brains release these substances into our nervous system when we're happy, or when we are experiencing feelings of love or lust. These substances also induce euphoric feelings that increase sexual excitement. Other foods that are genuine aphrodisiacs include figs, bananas, eel, and ginseng. One last thing - sex may be the most incredibly fun athletic activity on the planet... But it is an athletic activity. The right food can provide you with enough fuel to maintain a high energy level for hours. If you want to compete at a world class level you need to have the energy to last the whole game. You can get what you need to keep you going from complex carbohydrates found in whole grain breads, fruits, vegetables, and brown rice. Try experimenting with different aphrodisiacs and with a variety of the foods that can intensify your sexual pleasure. Eventually, you'll find the foods that work for you. One word of caution: once you've found what works for you, it will change the way you think about going grocery shopping. Want to have even more Better Sex? A man's genital anatomy is much more than his penis. The male penis, which is the shaft that hangs outside of his body, generally lies limp. When arousal occurs and the penis fills with blood, however, it becomes erect. The testicles lie on either side of the penis. Their purpose is two-fold: To produce both sperm and the sexual hormone, testosterone. The testicles are surrounded by a thin membrane of skin called the scrotum. The scrotum acts as a temperature-control center for the testicles, keeping them slightly cooler than the rest of the body to ensure a pleasant climate for sperm. After the body produces sperm in the testicles, they are held in the epididymus, which is adjacent to the testicles, and then the sperm through a tube called the vas deferens. From the vas deferens, of course, the sperm travel to the penis to be ejaculated. The urethra is a tube that runs within the penis to transport urine and semen. And, surrounding the urethra at the penis's base, is the much talked about gland called the prostate. Although the prostate can be a source of pleasure, its reproductive purpose is to create a fluid that contains and nourishes sperm. This white, sticky fluid combines with sperm to create the ejaculatory substance known as semen. If you think the penis is complicated, though...check out all the parts that compose the vagina in our other videos!More »

"We tend to refer to a woman's entire genital area as the vagina, but female genitals are composed of many different parts which work together. The part of the vagina you can actually see is called the vulva, an umbrella term for several "external" parts which keep bad bacteria out and allow sperm in. The labia majora, or outer lips, are a layer of skin and fat that keeps sex comfortable. The labia minora, or inner lips, guard the interior of the vagina. Some women's labia minora actually extend past their labia majora, and this is normal and completely fine. Inside the labia minora are both the vagina-the canal through which a penis enters and a baby exits-and the urethra. The urethra is a tube that leads from the bladder to carry urine. Right behind it, along the inside of the front wall of the vagina, is the enigmatic G-spot, a dime-sized bulb of tissue that can lead to a powerful orgasm. Located on top of the vaginal opening is the clitoris, another orgasm-inducer, whose sole job is pleasure! It's little wonder, since the clit is composed of the same erectile tissue as the penis. The part of the clitoris that is visible, the glans, is covered by a small hood. A woman's cervix-the opening that leads to the uterus-lies directly north of the vagina. Eggs, which are made in two ovaries, travel to the uterus by way of oviducts which are connected to the ovaries. No wonder the vagina can seem so complicated to navigate!More »

As if the vagina wasn't mysterious enough, here are five other strange facts about the female anatomy. The clitoris is the only part of either sex's body whose purpose is solely for pleasure! Maybe that's because her bliss button is actually made of erectile tissue no wonder it feels so good when touched! Some scientists call this area the "mini-penis" since they believe the clit is the part of a growing fetus that becomes a penis when a baby ends up being male. Another fact that may surprise you: The average woman releases about one-quarter to one-half a teaspoon of normal discharge every eight hours. That may sound unappealing, but the vagina is one of only two self-cleaning organs-the the other being the eyes. There you have it: Five surprising facts about your (or her!) sacred spots!More »

Even if you're a penis expert, there are at least five things you don't know about his member! Here's a wacky fact for you: Although it's likely that all men have tried it, only one man in 400 is flexible enough to give himself oral pleasure. But no matter how you do it, it's important to be careful during those masturbation sessions! The most common cause of penile rupture is masturbation. Fact three: You don't need a brain to ejaculate! That order comes directly from the spinal cord. What about reproduction? Turns out that better-looking men have better swimming sperm. The proof comes from a study that showed that men rated "most handsome" by women produced the strongest sperm. In addition, the longer the penis, the better "semen displacement" - that's babies made - when having sex. Who knew the penis was so full of strange secrets? Ladies, worrying about smelling "down there" is normal. Here's how to tell if the smell, like the worry, is a-okay! First thing's first, when it comes to vaginas...every woman has her own scent. Depending on your body chemistry and diet, the vagina may smell: slightly sweet, musky, or even pungent! But where does the smell come from? Friendly bacteria in the vagina are the source of your natural aroma. The bacteria exist to keep your vagina at acidic levels, in turn preventing infections. But, if your vagina becomes compromised by invading "bad" bacteria, which can come from sources like feminine hygiene products, your odor may change. Periodic slight changes in smell are normal, particularly after sex or exercise. But a very pungent, or brand new, smell could signal a problem, like a yeast infection. If you develop a smell that's not normal for you, get thee to a doctor, especially if the odor is accompanied by discharge or itching.More »

When he has problems becoming aroused, he can pop a pill. Is there a form of Viagra for her? In June of 2002, a brand-new form of massage oil hit the marketbut this wasnt for your ordinary massage! The formula, called Zestra, is a mix of botanical oils designed to be rubbed into her genitals. The oil works by increasing blood flow to the vagina, in turn heightening arousal and sensitivity. Interestingly, the gamma linolenic acid in Zestra may have other benefits to women, including preventing both PMS and eczema! But, if it sounds too good to be true, it might be. While studies on Zestra have produced positive results, they were conducted on small groups of women. Additionally, a womans sexual response is more individualized than a mans, so a magic solution may not be magical for everyone! If you do decide to try Zestra, please note that you must use a polyurethane brand of condoms, like Durex, as Zestra can wear down latex!More »
