The G-shot costs between $1,200 and $1,800 and it is NOT covered by insurance. With a price tag like that, the obvious question is "Does it work?" In a word: doubtful. There aren't any clinical trials showing that G-spot augmentation works, nor is the procedure FDA-approved. And while injecting collagen into the human body isn't unprecedented - that doesn't mean that the procedure works to enhance sexual sensations in the genitalia. Much more important than the cost or the effectiveness is the issue of SAFETY. The medical profession has no idea if G-spot amplifications are safe, and all procedures, no matter how 'minor" carry the real potential for complications. So, until there is hard data showing the safety and efficacy of the G-shot, women would be wise to hold off on trying it.
