Men can go from zero to full arousal in six seconds. Let's look at how you can make it more like five! All men love having their penises touched, obviously! But did you know that various parts of his genitals respond best to different grips? The upper area of the penis, near the head, responds best to friction, while the lower areas crave firm pressure. Pressure at the base of the shaft will actually encourage his erection to last longer and stay harder. Many men also confess to feeling fiery after their inner thighs are stimulated. That may be because you might miss this erogenous zone in your eagerness to please his "main package." In addition, there are certain body parts that are hard to touch by "accident," and the inner thighs are one of them. Doing so sends a sexy message of desire that the man in your life will pick up on loud and clear!More »

Although many men wish they had a bigger member, some have penises that are just too big to pleaseOr are they? When a mans penis causes his partner pain, sex stops being fun and can start feeling awful! But heres good news: when properly aroused and penetrated gradually, a womans vagina can lengthen up to 200 percent from its un-aroused 3 inches. For excellent intercourse, ensure that the woman is fully aroused before penetration. Try using toys, like a vibrator, and add lots of water-based lubricant. When its time to move to intercourse, avoid positions that allow for very deep penetration, like rear-entry. Instead, aim for positions where thrusting is gentle, like the side-by-side or the spooning positions. Or give her control of depth by having sex in the woman-on-top position. Add these tricks to your routine, and in no time, too big, will become just right!More »

Relax, guys. No matter how small you feel, statistics show that over 85 percent of ladies are satisfied with their partner's penis. Still not convinced that your member measures up? There are ways to ensure that your penis pushes her buttons. Before you penetrate, focus on foreplay, making her pleasure your utmost priority. If you wait until she's fully stimulated to enter her, she probably won't know-or care-what size you are! There are a few sexual positions can help you make the most of every inch. Start with that tried and true favorite, rear-entry. Or try the "rabbit ears" position. Have her lie on her back and bring her knees to her ears. She should hold her knees there as you penetrate her. Another good bet is the snake, a position where she lies face down with her legs closed. Drape your bent knees on either side of her body and enter from behind. Give these tips a try and watch your partner become a member of the (happily satisfied) majority!More »

Micropenis is not a joke; it's a true medical condition that affects men more often than you'd think. Watch this video for details on micropenis.

Many men wish for a bigger penis, but most don't realize how their member actually measures up against other guys. Study after study shows that the average penis measures between 5 and 6 inches long when erect, while even more studies prove that women feel size has little to do with a man's sexual prowess. Despite these statistics, almost half of men suffer from a condition called small-penis syndrome, which is ongoing worry that the penis is diminutive, despite it being normally sized. Small-penis syndrome, which is psychological, is different than the medical condition known as "micropenis," whereby the erect penis is less than 2.75 inches long. Micropenis occurs infrequently, but when it does happen, it is often diagnosed in infancy. The condition can often be improved with growth hormones when diagnosed. The bottom line is that most penises please just fine. If you're worried about micropenis, however, speak to a doctor about your concerns!More »

Youve probably opened your inbox on many occasions to be greeted by penis enlargement spam. So, is a bigger penis really possible? Men who wonder if a bigger penis is possible will be happy to hear that the answer is a cautious yes, but perhaps thats not the right question. A better query might be, Is a bigger penis necessary? and that answer is no. The average penis measures 3 to 4 inches when flaccid and 5 to 7 inches when erect. Most men fall somewhere in this range, and studies show that most women rarely give penis size a second thought. Nonetheless, many men still seek out ways to make their penis longer or wider, but often see minimal change, or even disastrous results. Pills and patches are often touted as amazing penis extenders, but the medical community is unanimous in their opinion that these unbelievable cures are just thatunbelievable. Another questionable method, called jelqing, or penis exercise, involves stroking and squeezing the penis from base to head repeatedly, in a milking motion. While many jelqers anecdotally report penis growth of up to 2 inches, there is no medical evidence that jelqing does anything more than cause harmful bleeding under the skin, which may lead to temporary swelling. The Swedish Penis Enlarger, made famous in Austin Powers, was based on vacuum constriction devices called penis pumps. These devices are a common treatment for erectile dysfunction. However, penis pumps are not an effective way to increase penis length, and vascular damage can occur if too much vacuum pressure is applied. The only medically approved way to enlarge the penis is via surgery, but even this should be approached with caution. The most popular procedure is penis lengthening surgery. During a lengthening, a doctor cuts the suspensory ligaments that attach the penis to the pubic bone. A spacer is often inserted into the spot where the cut was made to stop the penis from healing, and thereby pulling the severed tissue together. Less than 40 percent of men who undergo penis lengthening report satisfaction with the results, because the average erect length gain is only about an inch. Some men want, not a longer penis, but a wider one. This is possible using fat injections or fat grafts. Fat injections work in the same way as lip plumping fat is drawn from another part of the body and injected under the skin. Fat grafts increase width by wrapping multiple strips of flesh around the skinless penis. The skin is then sewn up over the grafts. Although these surgeries do enjoy some success, they are costly and risky. In fact, all penis surgery can result in scarring, loss of sensation, erectile dysfunction and infection. However, there is one safe way to get a bigger penis, at least temporarily take a hot shower. The heat will make your penis as full as it can be without being erect. The bottom line: Penis enhancement is rarely worth the effort, cost, and potential side effects. But if you cant let go of the idea, please talk to your doctor.More »

Think you know everything there is to know about the penis? Think again! No matter your gender, you'll be surprised to hear these five shocking facts about the male genitals! There are two types of penises, one which expands and lengthens when it becomes erect, and one which doesn't change much in size during erection. Surveys say that 79 percent of men have the former type, while 21 percent have members that remain more or less the same size at all times. Interestingly, smoking can actually shorten your penis by as much as a centimeter! That's because a hard penis requires great blood-flow, and cigarettes stifle that circulation. No matter the size of the member, however, the average male orgasm lasts six seconds. Meanwhile, the average intercourse session lasts just three to seven minutes. There you go: five things you didn't know about your (or his!) magnificent member.More »

Even if you're a penis expert, there are at least five things you don't know about his member! Here's a wacky fact for you: Although it's likely that all men have tried it, only one man in 400 is flexible enough to give himself oral pleasure. But no matter how you do it, it's important to be careful during those masturbation sessions! The most common cause of penile rupture is masturbation. Fact three: You don't need a brain to ejaculate! That order comes directly from the spinal cord. What about reproduction? Turns out that better-looking men have better swimming sperm. The proof comes from a study that showed that men rated "most handsome" by women produced the strongest sperm. In addition, the longer the penis, the better "semen displacement" - that's babies made - when having sex. Who knew the penis was so full of strange secrets? If you want to learn more of them, check out other videos in this series!More »

Is foreplay really important? ...Is the moon round? Sarcasm aside, foreplay is the cornerstone of a great sexual experience for both of you. Without it, well...sex can suck! Foreplay is particularly important for women, who need constant stimulation to reach full arousal-and to orgasm. Luckily, there is no "right" way to engage in foreplay. Fondle, undress, kiss, lick, tease, hug...your mattress moves are up to you. But during foreplay, linger longer! Women generally crave a slower, lighter touch than men. It's called teasing, and you can do it! When pleasing her pre-sex, one thing is universal, and that's that foreplay begins in a woman's brain. So, compliment your partner, focusing on her sexy physical attributes, or the amazing way she makes you feel. Foreplay is a learning experience ...you're learning what makes her hot, so that when you do reach intercourse, the sex is sizzling!More »

"Sure, she loves when you flick her nipples, but her most common "hot spot" isn't where you think it is! According to recent polls, a woman gets most aroused when a partner touches her hair gently. Sound crazy? The scalp contains millions of nerve endings, which feel amazing when stimulated. Meanwhile, running hands through hair is a primal form of nurturing. You know, like when monkeys pick nits off one another! Women also admit to loving it when someone kisses their shoulders. That's because she expects you to show desire by making a beeline for her "obvious" erogenous zones. A gentle kiss in a surprising location indicates that her pleasure is a priority, and frees her to take the time she needs to get primed for intercourse. Now that you know her top hot spots, why not put them into play in the bedroom tonight?More »

When he has problems becoming aroused, he can pop a pill. Is there a form of Viagra for her? In June of 2002, a brand-new form of massage oil hit the marketbut this wasnt for your ordinary massage! The formula, called Zestra, is a mix of botanical oils designed to be rubbed into her genitals. The oil works by increasing blood flow to the vagina, in turn heightening arousal and sensitivity. Interestingly, the gamma linolenic acid in Zestra may have other benefits to women, including preventing both PMS and eczema! But, if it sounds too good to be true, it might be. While studies on Zestra have produced positive results, they were conducted on small groups of women. Additionally, a womans sexual response is more individualized than a mans, so a magic solution may not be magical for everyone! If you do decide to try Zestra, please note that you must use a polyurethane brand of condoms, like Durex, as Zestra can wear down latex!More »

When it comes to a woman's orgasms there are many ways to tell if she is faking it. Follow along with this video to learn more.

Seventy percent of women admit to doing it, it's a fake orgasm and it could be happening in YOUR bed. Here's how to tell. Meg Ryan did a killer fake-O in When Harry Met Sally, but Billy Crystal wasn't looking for the signs. The biggest one? Vaginal muscle spasms. During an orgasm, she will experience about three to ten muscle spasms, which you should feel gripping your penis. Or look in her eyes. Women experience dilated pupils when they cum. During oral sex, you'll be able to gauge her climax (or lack thereof) based on how her genitals look. Right before orgasm, a woman's clitoral hood will retract this is the "don't stop" point. In addition, her vaginal lips will swell and redden when she's about to cum. Don't overlook the obvious hints! If she's having a great time, she'll experience increased heart rate and breathing, plus lots of sexy sweat.More »

You've probably heard that 97 percent of men have masturbated. But what's the real deal? While most men do masturbate with regularity, many of them admit to experiencing worries about the act. Here, we put them to rest. First, regular masturbation isn't bad for you, nor does it decrease your sex drive. In fact, beating off has been clinically proven to reduce migraines. Even better, masturbating significantly reduces a man's likelihood of developing prostate cancer! Of course, if you've become so obsessed with masturbation that your daily activities are affected, then it's time to seek some help. Some men also worry that masturbation lowers their sperm count. While frequent masturbation may affect sperm, masturbating normally—once a day or so—will no impact your count. The bottom line is that solo sex is not only normal, it's healthy—oh, and a really great time!More »

Every woman's libido is different, but there are a few days each month when she's biologically prone to crave sex! Simply put, a woman is most passionate while she's ovulating and immediately afterwards. Ovulation is the time of the month when an egg arrives in the uterus to be fertilized. At this point, she releases extra hormones that make her more in tune with her senses-especially smell and touch! Every woman has a slightly different cycle length, ranging from 20 to 60 days, although a typical cycle is about 28 days. Generally, a woman is ovulating (and craving sex!) about 14 to 16 days before the start of her period. Women who take hormonal birth control do not ovulate, and therefore experience fairly steady levels of desire throughout the month. It's vital to remember that although women are hottest during ovulation; this is also when they are most fertile. (See Knocked Up for proof.) So don't let excitement overwhelm good judgment-remember to use protection!More »
