Kegels are the best exercise to help you build sexual power, and they can be done by both men and women. The first step is to isolate the right muscle. The next time you are in the bathroom, try stopping and starting the flow of urine. The muscles you are contracting are the ones you need to focus on. For women, strengthening these muscles gives you the abilty to contract more tightly. For men, strengthening these muscles can give you increased stamina, allowing you to maintain your erection for a longer time before you have an orgasm. This gives you a greater ability to satisfy your lover as well as the capability to ejaculate more powerfully which means a more intense orgasm for you. As a side note it also enables you to shoot further, 'if you have any use for that.' To strengthen these muscles, simply tighten and relax them over and over, about 200 times a day. This exercise is known as the basic kegel. Men can actually train with an advanced form of kegel exercise and learn how to do something normally considered a uniquely female skill – have multiple orgasms. When a man can regularly lift up his testicles with a kegel, he can add resistance by draping a towel over the shaft of his erect penis and lifting slowly up and down. Eventually, this exercise may allow a man to orgasm without ejaculation and to reach multiple climaxes.
