Transcript:
If you're tired of her disappointed look, try masturbating a few hours before you plan to see her. This can often be effective, particularly for men who only occasionally deal with premature ejaculation. For a more permanent solution, try Kegel exercises, which strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, in turn helping you hold back. To locate and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, the next time you're peeing, clamp down and stop the stream. Do this several times whenever you urinate. A great "in the moment" fix is a method called the squeeze technique. When you get close to orgasm, pull out and have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, maintaining pressure until the urge passes. Repeat this process whenever you feel ejaculation is eminent until you WANT to come.
