Sex really is an athletic event - and some people are better at it than others. Just like any other athletic event, getting good at sex requires a bit of preparation and training. Coach Kendra is going to show you a number of exercises you can do to become world-class at this event. Sex is always fun. But sex with someone who is really good at it can be amazing. Ready to be amazing? I'm going to show you the exercises that will get your body in shape for incredible sex. There are three things you'll need to be great at this - power, agility, and endurance. Let's start with power. Kegels are the best exercise to help you build sexual power, and they can be done by both men and women. The first step is to isolate the right muscle. The next time you are in the bathroom, try stopping and starting the flow of urine. The muscles you are contracting are the ones you need to focus on. For women, strengthening these muscles gives you the abilty to contract more tightly. For men, strengthening these muscles can give you increased stamina, allowing you to maintain your erection for a longer time before you have an orgasm. This gives you a greater ability to satisfy your lover as well as the capability to ejaculate more powerfully which means a more intense orgasm for you. As a side note it also enables you to shoot further, "if you have any use for that." To strengthen these muscles, simply tighten and relax them over and over, about 200 times a day. This exercise is known as the basic kegel. When this exercise starts to get easy, there are more difficult variations, like elevator kegels, where you tighten slowly, pausing and holding at intervals along the way, like an elevator stopping on several floors. As these muscles strengthen, you'll gain endurance as well, much like a professional runner who can run faster on stronger legs. Men can actually train with an advanced form of kegel exercise and learn how to do something normally considered a uniquely female skill - have multiple orgasms. When a man can regularly lift up his testicles with a kegel, he can add resistance by draping a towel over the shaft of his erect penis and lifting slowly up and down. Eventually, this exercise may allow a man to orgasm without ejaculation and to reach multiple climaxes. Strong abdominal muscles build a powerful core-it's your core muscles that allow for you to be a more precise and skillful lover. Building your stomach muscles helps you gain control over your movements, giving you great agility, but also to increase strength and endurance. Here are some ab exercises that will get your body in shape and give you great game in bed. There is one more exercise that can really help if you want to become an incredible lover. Sex is about more than just core strength - you don't want the rest of your body letting you down at the wrong time. I'm going to show you a quick exercise to help build up the muscles you'll use most when you are in traditional sexual positions. These exercises will help you get into the best sexual shape of your life. But remember, excellence isn't just about training; it's also about putting that training into action. So make sure you're putting your new skills to good use. And remember, if you don't see an immediate improvement, well, practice makes perfect...More »

Ever wish you could turn orgasm into more-gasm? Here's good news: Most women are built to cum again and again. So once you ride the first wave, you can catch another! With that in mind, women who experience multiple-orgasms do so in large part, because they know that they can. After all, if you tell yourself that one orgasm signals "end," your body will stop engaging at that point. A great way to prepare for multiple climaxes is to pump up your pubococcygeus, or PC, muscles! Find them by stopping your stream of urine when you go to the bathroom. Your PC muscles can be the key to multiple orgasms, since pulsing them during sex increases blood flow, allowing you to maintain arousal. Another secret? Aim to orgasm for the first time before he enters you. If you have one big-O early, you're likely to have another post-penetration. As you begin these exercises, focus on stimulating multiple body parts at a time. Studies show that's actually the quickest way to, well...double your pleasure!More »

What's slippery, sensual and tons of fun? Your sex life-on lubricant! Lubricant is great, but not all forms are created equal! The most popular are the water-based brands. Water-based lubricants, like Astroglide and Liquid Silk, are designed for use with sex toys and latex contraceptives, like condoms and diaphragms. These formulas are designed to be non-irritating to the body-good news for people with sensitive skin. The downside? They dry up faster than other forms of lube. Meanwhile, silicone-based lubricants can't be used with silicone sex-toys, but they're fine with latex. Silicone lubes, like Uberlube, last longer than water-based ones. Finally, oil-based lubricants, like Vaseline, are an option for some sex play, like hand jobs. But these lubes are NOT safe with latex, however, as they can break down the material! No matter which lube you love, safe sex is the sexiest sex, so be smart about protection.More »

All but five percent of us do it, and yet, twenty-five percent of us are ashamed of it! Its sexual fantasy, and its playing in a mind near you. Are sexual fantasies a habit of unsatisfied people? No! Today, psychologists recognize that fantasy is healthy. People who fantasize have sex more often and engage in a wider variety of positions than those who dont. In fact, fantasy is so normal that its now considered pathological not to fantasize! Most of us fantasize about vanilla things, such as sex with a current or past partner. But if your fantasies are a bit more risquthats natural, too. Psychologists have identified three other types of fantasy. One type, novel imagery, includes unconventional settings or questionable partners, like a stranger. Another fantasy involves scenes of sexual irresistibilitythe animal magnetism fantasy. And a final category involves dominance and submission.Whatever you imagine, dream on. Youre the director and the movie is private!More »

Its probably not what youre thinking about when youre having sex, but your breathing can have a huge impact on what you get out of the experience. When youre having sex, its natural to focus on the person you are with and the sensations you are experiencing. What you may not realize is that while your attention is on these pleasurable pursuits, your breathing is what sets the tempo for the experience, and when you are in the bedroom, good rhythm is an awful lot better than bad rhythm. Think about your breath like the drummer in your own personal band: the drums percussive beat isnt always the sound in the forefront, but it sets the pace and ties the beat together by giving it a cadence. Breath works the same way during sex. No one is suggesting that you think about breathing during sex. But, a little bit of preparation can help you keep a better rhythm in bed, and maybe even play an extra set or two. There are some simple exercises you can than can do to enhance your breathing and improve your sex life. When you are doing these exercises, think about this: its not just that better breathing means a better sexual rhythm improved breathing also means better blood flow, which can give you a stronger erection or enhanced sensation in your clitoris. Both of which are rather desirable during sex. Now that Ive got your attention Im going to show you some breathing exercises you can do on your own. Deep abdominal breathing is the key to breathing for better sex. This is how you do it: There are also breathing exercises that you can do with your partner. Although these exercises provide the same benefits as the other exercises, they also can be intimate and intensify the impact of using breath to enhance your sex life. Breathing in tandem. Its okay if you arent convinced yet lots of people are skeptical at first. But heres the thing all of the skeptics are people who havent tried it. Give it a real effort for a couple of weeks and then well see if you are still a skeptic. See you later! Want to have even more Better Sex? Although many men wish they had a bigger member, some have penises that are just too big to pleaseOr are they? When a mans penis causes his partner pain, sex stops being fun and can start feeling awful! But heres good news: when properly aroused and penetrated gradually, a womans vagina can lengthen up to 200 percent from its un-aroused 3 inches. For excellent intercourse, ensure that the woman is fully aroused before penetration. Try using toys, like a vibrator, and add lots of water-based lubricant. When its time to move to intercourse, avoid positions that allow for very deep penetration, like rear-entry. Instead, aim for positions where thrusting is gentle, like the side-by-side or the spooning positions. Or give her control of depth by having sex in the woman-on-top position. Add these tricks to your routine, and in no time, too big, will become just right!More »

Relax, guys. No matter how small you feel, statistics show that over 85 percent of ladies are satisfied with their partner's penis. Still not convinced that your member measures up? There are ways to ensure that your penis pushes her buttons. Before you penetrate, focus on foreplay, making her pleasure your utmost priority. If you wait until she's fully stimulated to enter her, she probably won't know-or care-what size you are! There are a few sexual positions can help you make the most of every inch. Start with that tried and true favorite, rear-entry. Or try the "rabbit ears" position. Have her lie on her back and bring her knees to her ears. She should hold her knees there as you penetrate her. Another good bet is the snake, a position where she lies face down with her legs closed. Drape your bent knees on either side of her body and enter from behind. Give these tips a try and watch your partner become a member of the (happily satisfied) majority!More »

Micropenis is not a joke; it's a true medical condition that affects men more often than you'd think. Watch this video for details on micropenis.

Many men wish for a bigger penis, but most don't realize how their member actually measures up against other guys. Study after study shows that the average penis measures between 5 and 6 inches long when erect, while even more studies prove that women feel size has little to do with a man's sexual prowess. Despite these statistics, almost half of men suffer from a condition called small-penis syndrome, which is ongoing worry that the penis is diminutive, despite it being normally sized. Small-penis syndrome, which is psychological, is different than the medical condition known as "micropenis," whereby the erect penis is less than 2.75 inches long. Micropenis occurs infrequently, but when it does happen, it is often diagnosed in infancy. The condition can often be improved with growth hormones when diagnosed. The bottom line is that most penises please just fine. If you're worried about micropenis, however, speak to a doctor about your concerns!More »

The clitoris is between the top of the inner vaginal lips, or inner labia. The inner labia also serve as a hood to protect the clitoris in much the same manner that foreskin covers the penis. Pull the hood back, and you can see that the clitoris is about the size of a pencil eraser. Rich with responsive nerves, the clitoris becomes erectjust as a penis doeswhen a woman is aroused. Most women like constant, repetitive clitoral stimulation. But rubbing the clitoris directly is often too intense! Try moving your fingers over the hood in a circular fashion, or, if youre using oral stimulation, long, slow licks with the flat part of your tongue. Gentle suction can also have excellent results. If you really want to get creative, try tracing the letters of the alphabet with either fingers or tongue. Finding the right area of contact and amount of pressure might take some time, but if youre trying to turn candlelight into fireworks, its well worth it.More »

Whats your biggest sex organ? Yeah, not that. Its between your ears, not your thighs. Sure you feel an orgasm between your legs, but those sensations are actually due to chemical changes in a part of your brain called the limbic system. As you build toward an orgasm, the limbic system releases more and more of a chemical called dopamine. Orgasm provides the biggest blast of dopamine legally available to humans, resulting in highs equivalent to a heroin rush. But if your brain has been feeling a bit left out lately, dont worry, you CAN kick-start dopamine production. Try talking to your partner about your sexual fantasies, or adding props to your sex play. You can also bring erotic literature or pornographic videos into the bedroom.
